Windermere Real Estate created the Windermere Foundation | Community Support & Assistance Programs in 1989 as a foundation serving families in need in Washington state. For the past 36 years a portion of every Windermere agent’s commission has been donated to the Windermere Foundation. Having 100% participation gives us a common purpose and sends a powerful message about our commitment to the community.

Community Support with Community Service Day
Every year Windermere closes its offices for one day to help make a positive difference in our local communities. It all started in 1984 when a handful of Windermere owners and agents came together to make repairs at a local elementary school. Thirty years and more than one million hours of community service later, we’ve continued this tradition through neighborhood-enhancing projects in the areas where our Windermere teams live, work, and play.
June 9, 2022, WPM South closed its office and joined 300 other Windermere offices for the Annual Community Service Day.
We were proud to give back to our community by volunteering at the Kent Food Bank.
